Dear Ones,
Here we are at the National Cornbread Festival (now doesn't that sound like just the kind of thing a home- grown girl would enjoy?) in So.Pittsburg, TN, home of Lodge, manufacturers of cast iron skillets for 112 years, some of which are dear to my heart, having been passed down through genarations, all blackened and seasoned for perfect cooking.
