Injured sailor

Jason fell during intense physical training last week. He was carrying about 50 pounds of gear and was to run from a kneeling position about 20 yards then shoot. He lost his balance as he got up and fell face first on concrete. He has broken his arm in two places and has several stitches on his head. He is being transferred on Thursday to Norfolk, VA for "rehab" for 4-6 weeks. At this point they will determine if his arm has healed enough to consider "deployable". He is trying to keep his spirits up. Continue to keep him in your prayers. Those of you that know him best, know that he has always wanted to serve our country. The thought of becoming "undeployable" just breaks his heart. He worked so hard at boot camp in SC and was the head of his class. We are proud of him.
